I am a computational biologist in Prof Gareth Bond's lab
at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research,
in the Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine of the
University of Oxford.
My research focuses on computational and statical methods to analyze the role of high-frequency genetic variations in cancer predisposition and progression.
Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Dept. of Biomedical Engineering and High-Throughput Biology Center of the Johns Hopkins University, advised by Prof Joel S. Bader and Prof Jef D. Boeke. I developed computational methods for designing and analysing the synthetic yeast genome (Sc2.0).
